Through the years we have developed personalized relationships with all our customers, whether they are a close Chicago neighbor or a corporate fitness facility in distant Angola. Our services include new, refurbished and used fitness equipment sales, delivery, setup, training, and post-delivery support from our dedicated team members as well as support new and existing customers.

We believe that the follow up after the sale is just as important as the initial stages of the sales process. After delivery of facility equipment is completed we will come to the facility at no additional charge to teach the staff how to use the equipment and to review the maintenance that is required. At this time we will go over the features of the machines, maintenance logs as well as answer any questions that the staff may have regarding the operation of the equipment. We will contact the facility’s supervisor directly to schedule the most convenient time to meet with the staff for this orientation.
