- What can I expect with delivery service?
Our team will assemble your product in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and will consolidate all of the packaging materials, discarding them where you would like us to on your property.
What general tasks must be completed before the assembly team arrives?
- Ensure all other debris is removed from the area prior to arrival of our installation crew.
- Adult customer MUST be at job site during the entire installation and for the duration of the installation.
- Ensure there is ample space to un-package and assemble the unit.
- Please arrange for pets and children to be in a separate area during the entire installation process.
- Ensure access to an electric power outlet that is working properly within 200′ of the assembly area.
What is the White Glove Delivery
White Glove is defined as a room-of-choice delivery. Our teama will deliver and carefully place your items in the room you choose, including unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order up or down a maximum of two flights of stairs.
